This Privacy Policy explains how Apexrank ("Apexrank," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit apex-rank.com (the "Site") or submit a request through our AI Visibility Audit form.

Information We Collect

When you submit the AI Visibility Audit request form, we collect the information you provide directly: your full name, work email, company name, website URL, industry, approximate company size, primary goal, and any message you include.

If website analytics are enabled on the Site (see "Cookies and Analytics" below), we may also automatically collect standard technical information such as pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and general usage patterns. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare and deliver your AI Visibility Audit, communicate with you about Apexrank services, and improve this Site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Contact Form Handling

The AI Visibility Audit form is processed using Netlify Forms, a feature of our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account dashboard and are visible only to Apexrank. Netlify may process this data as our service provider under its own privacy and security practices; see Netlify's Privacy Policy for details.

Cookies and Analytics

We may use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this Site, using cookies or similar technologies to collect aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser add-on. If a booking tool such as Cal.com is embedded or linked on this Site, that provider may set its own cookies when you use it; their privacy practices govern that data.

Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this Site and respond to your requests, including:

• Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form processing
• Google Workspace — business email (hello@apex-rank.com)
• Google Analytics (GA4) — website usage analytics, if enabled
• Cal.com (or an equivalent scheduling provider) — booking strategy calls

Data Retention

We retain form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your request and maintain business records, and no longer than reasonably needed for those purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.

Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you provide, including relying on Netlify's and Google's security infrastructure for hosting and email. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@apex-rank.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
