Terms of Service
Effective date: July 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of apex-rank.com (the "Site") and any AI Visibility Audit request you submit through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Description of Services
Apexrank provides AI search visibility audits, generative engine optimization, technical SEO, content strategy, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any paid engagement are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or invoice agreed to directly with the client. Published pricing on this Site is illustrative starting pricing and may change based on scope.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Apexrank does not guarantee specific rankings, AI platform recommendations, traffic, leads, or revenue outcomes. AI-generated answers can vary by query, location, context, platform, and model version, and are outside our control. Recommendations are intended to strengthen visibility signals, not to promise a specific result.
Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery of audits and implementation work depends on the client providing reasonably requested access, information, and feedback (such as website access, brand information, or content approvals) in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may delay deliverables.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, the Apexrank name and logo, and the underlying design, is the property of Apexrank unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Deliverables prepared for a paying client (such as an audit report or implemented content) become the client's property upon full payment, unless the applicable proposal or statement of work states otherwise.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, invoicing schedule, and accepted payment methods for a specific engagement are set out in the proposal or invoice for that engagement. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees for the AI Visibility Audit are due before work begins, and fees for ongoing monthly services are billed in advance of each service period.
Cancellation and Refunds
Because the AI Visibility Audit involves manual research that begins promptly after payment, audit fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in your proposal. Monthly retainer engagements (AI Authority Growth) may be canceled with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement; fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable. Specific terms for your engagement will always be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Disclaimers
This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any AI platform will index, cite, or recommend a business as a result of our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apexrank is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, including loss of revenue, traffic, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.

Owner confirmation needed
These Terms were drafted to reflect Apexrank's intended practices and have not been reviewed by an attorney. Before relying on them, confirm: (1) the governing-law state above, (2) the exact refund/cancellation window you want to offer for audits and retainers, (3) the business entity type (sole proprietorship, LLC, etc.) under which Apexrank operates, and (4) whether a formal signed proposal or statement of work will supersede these general Terms for paid engagements.
